Homie Plus questions
How do I pay?
On the web and desktop: through PayOS — a Vietnamese bank transfer or a bank QR code. On Android: through Google Play.
What happens when it expires?
Plus keeps working for 3 more days after it expires, with a reminder to renew. After that the home goes back to Free: your data stays, only the Free limits apply again.
Do I lose days if I renew early?
No. The new period is added on after your current end date.
Who in the home gets Plus?
Plus belongs to the head of household and covers the homes they created. Everyone in those homes uses the Plus features — no one buys it separately.
How do I stop?
On the web nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — it ends with the period. On Android, cancel in Google Play at any time; Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
