Information we collect

• Account information: your email, name, profile photo and any profile details you provide.
• Content you create: your household's data such as calendars, chores, items, expenses, photos and messages to the assistant.
• Approximate location: only with your permission, to determine your household's city.
• Device information: a device token for notifications, app version, operating system and language.
• Information from third parties: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name and profile photo.

How we use information

• To provide the service and sync data across household members and devices.
• To send reminders and account-related emails.
• To run automated features, including AI processing.
• To support you, fix problems and improve Homie.
• To keep accounts and the service secure.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate Homie, to the extent necessary, or when required by law. Household data is visible only to members of that household.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and kept separate for each household. We keep data while your account is active; backups are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can view, edit or delete your data in the app, and delete your account at any time under Account → Delete account. Details at famisense.app/delete-account.

Children

Homie accounts are for adults. Children can be added by a parent as household members but do not have their own accounts.

Cookies

The famisense.app website uses cookies to measure visits and prevent spam. The Homie app does not use advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you in the app.
